Our customer was long overdue for this remodel. We were able to maximize space by strategically placing a new tub, toilet and vanity. It's always nice to see things come together.
Unfortunately, treated lumber does rot. Fortunately, we know exactly how to replace it. These steps were very dangerous and in need of replacement. The customer was very happy to have their house accessible again.
This customer had extensive termite damage to the entire second story of his home. These situations are never easy for anyone. Fortunately, we were able to eliminate stress by creating this beautiful bathroom!
